  1. \n Organizer<\/strong>

    <\/p>\n

    The contests and promotional giveaway activities conducted through the official channels of Trade Estates REIC, hereinafter the \u201cOrganizer\u201d, are organized in cooperation with ATWU\u2122 | Creative Hub, which acts as the Managing Company and Data Processor within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n Legal Framework<\/strong>

    The contests are conducted in accordance with:<\/p>\n

    • Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/li>\n
    • Greek Law 4624\/2019<\/li>\n
    • Directive 2005\/29\/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices<\/li>\n
    • Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/li>\n
    • Applicable Greek and European legislation<\/li>\n
    • Policies of the respective social media platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n Participation<\/strong>

      <\/p>\n

      Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.<\/p>\n

      Participation is free of charge and does not require the purchase of any product or service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n Winner Selection Process<\/strong>

      <\/p>\n

      Winners are selected through specialized applications operating in a certified cloud environment using algorithmic random selection.<\/p>\n

      The process does not allow human intervention, ensures impartiality, and maintains an electronic audit log.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n Verification and Disqualification<\/strong>

      <\/p>\n

      The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant or winner if:<\/p>\n

      • The profile details do not match the actual identity of the winner<\/li>\n
      • False or inaccurate data are used<\/li>\n
      • The account operates as spam, bot, or has been created solely for participation in contests<\/li>\n
      • The terms or applicable legislation are violated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In such case, a new winner may be selected.<\/u><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n Prize<\/strong>

        <\/p>\n

        The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n Limitation of Liability<\/strong>

        The Organizer and ATWU\u2122 | Creative Hub bear no responsibility beyond conducting the contest and informing the prize provider of the winners.<\/p>\n

        Responsibility for the quality or delivery of the prize lies solely with the prize provider.<\/p>\n

        No liability is accepted for technical malfunctions of platforms or networks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n Modification<\/strong>

        <\/p>\n

        The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel any contest.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n Applicable Law<\/strong>

        <\/p>\n

        Greek law shall apply. The courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n Third-Party Contests<\/strong>

        These terms do not apply to contests organized exclusively by third parties and merely promoted through the channels of Trade Estates REIC.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
