TRADE ESTATES REIC, member of the FOURLIS Group, is a Real Estate Investment Company, licensed by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission<\/a> under the provisions of Law 2778\/1999 and Law 4209\/2013, as decided during the meeting of its Board of Directors on 15\/838\/28.02.2019<\/p>

TRADE ESTATES REIC began operating in the field of real estate investment, with a portfolio of real estate assets worth \u20ac185 million and is one of the largest real estate investment companies in Greece.<\/p>

The Company’s strategy is to enrich its portfolio through specialization and focus on investments related to the development of Retail Parks and new generation Logistics Centres.<\/p>
