Investor Relations Department is responsible for providing shareholders with direct and equal information, for serving them in matters relating to the exercise of their rights under the law and the Company\u2019s Articles of Association, as well as for ensuring that the Company complies with the disclosure obligations for Preferential Information and Transactions provided for by the Existing Legislation.<\/p>

The Investor Relations Department is also responsible for providing individual and institutional investors with systematic information on the Company\u2019s performance, in cooperation with the Company\u2019s other departments. More specifically, information is provided to investors by:<\/p>

  • answering investors\u2019 questions on a daily basis regarding the Company\u2019s developments,<\/strong><\/li>
  • organising corporate presentations.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    The Investor Relations Department is responsible for the preparation and publication of corporate announcements in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation.<\/p>
