Top Parks Piraeus: Official Opening of Trade Estates Retail Park





The official opening of TOP PARKS Piraeus, Trade Estate’s Retail Park at 86 Athens - Piraeus Street took place in a festive atmosphere. It is a new, energy-efficient – “green” building, which will be the TOP commercial destination for the whole family.





The easy access combined with the variety of stores and brands it has, offering products at competitive prices, has already placed it among the first choices of consumers in the wider region. TOP PARKS Piraeus came into the possession of Trade Estates at the beginning of 2022. Within a short time, its construction work was completed and today it is fully operational, with stores for household goods, clothing and footwear, toys, a supermarket and fast food through the brands AB Vassilopoulos, Adidas, LC Waikiki, Lilly Drogerie, Marks & Spencer, McDonalds, Moustakas, Occhio Papavasiliou, Orchestra, Parex and Pepco.

In addition, implementing a sustainable, viable and responsible strategy and through the cooperation with PPC Group, TOP PARKS Piraeus Retail Park has installed photovoltaic systems on the roofs, while it is the first in Greece to offer PPC Blue's 300kW super fast charger for charging electric vehicles in less than 20'.

In the context of the event, Trade Estates also presented TOP PARKS, the new commercial identity that will underline the activity of its Commercial Parks. Trade Estates currently operates 7 Retail Parks in Piraeus, Rentis, Thessaloniki (IKEA Retail Park & Florida 1), Ioannina, Cyprus and Bulgaria.
