TRADE ESTATES REIC portfolio includes two supply chain management centres, located in Oinofyta and Schimatari, Greece, covering a total area of 77.340 sq.m.. Both centres are leased to a company of the FOURLIS Group and cover the supply and online sales of IKEA and INTERSPORT stores in Greece and abroad.
