Next to the junction of two main Attica arteries, the park has great visibility and is located opposite to major retail brands such as Leroy Merlin, Jumbo, Intersport, Lidl etc.

Part of the park is already occupied by major anchor tenants: AB VASILOPOULOS (Super Market), MOUSTAKAS, LC Waikiki and McDonald’s.

The development of an urban train station right next to the park is under discussion with the authorities.
