CONTESTS AND GIVEAWAYS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Organizer
The contests and promotional giveaway activities conducted through the official channels of Trade Estates REIC, hereinafter the “Organizer”, are organized in cooperation with ATWU™ | Creative Hub, which acts as the Managing Company and Data Processor within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Legal Framework
The contests are conducted in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
- Greek Law 4624/2019
- Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices
- Directive 2011/83/EU
- Applicable Greek and European legislation
- Policies of the respective social media platforms

Participation
Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Participation is free of charge and does not require the purchase of any product or service.

Winner Selection Process
Winners are selected through specialized applications operating in a certified cloud environment using algorithmic random selection.
The process does not allow human intervention, ensures impartiality, and maintains an electronic audit log.

Verification and Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant or winner if:
- The profile details do not match the actual identity of the winner
- False or inaccurate data are used
- The account operates as spam, bot, or has been created solely for participation in contests
- The terms or applicable legislation are violated
In such case, a new winner may be selected.

Prize
The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Limitation of Liability
The Organizer and ATWU™ | Creative Hub bear no responsibility beyond conducting the contest and informing the prize provider of the winners.
Responsibility for the quality or delivery of the prize lies solely with the prize provider.
No liability is accepted for technical malfunctions of platforms or networks.

Modification
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel any contest.

Applicable Law
Greek law shall apply. The courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.

Third-Party Contests
These terms do not apply to contests organized exclusively by third parties and merely promoted through the channels of Trade Estates REIC.

The Data Controller is Trade Estates REIC.
ATWU™ | Creative Hub acts as Data Processor under an Article 28 GDPR agreement.

- Username
- Contact details
- Shipping address
- Identification details where required
No special categories of personal data are collected.

Data are processed exclusively for:
- Conducting the contest
- Selecting and notifying winners
- Delivering the prize
- Legal and tax compliance

Processing is based on:

Automated Selection
Selection is carried out through algorithmic random selection via cloud applications without human intervention.

Data are retained only for as long as necessary for conducting the contest and complying with legal obligations and are subsequently deleted or anonymized.

Data are not transferred to third parties except to the prize provider, unless required for prize delivery or by law.
In case of transfers outside the EU, appropriate safeguards are applied.

Technical and organizational security measures are implemented in accordance with Article 32 GDPR.

Participants have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability.
They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
