TRADE ESTATES REIC began operating in the field of real estate investment, with a portfolio of real estate assets worth €185 million and is one of the largest real estate investment companies in Greece.
The Company’s strategy is to enrich its portfolio through specialization and focus on investments related to the development of Retail Parks and new generation Logistics Centres.
TRADE ESTATES REIC, rapidly adapting to the new reality of global economy, will proceed with the implementation of energy saving initiatives and upgrade all its properties according to the ESG Criteria, following the latest sustainability principles and circular economy standards.
