Investor Relations Department is responsible for providing shareholders with direct and equal information, for serving them in matters relating to the exercise of their rights under the law and the Company’s Articles of Association, as well as for ensuring that the Company complies with the disclosure obligations for Preferential Information and Transactions provided for by the Existing Legislation.
The Investor Relations Department is also responsible for providing individual and institutional investors with systematic information on the Company’s performance, in cooperation with the Company’s other departments. More specifically, information is provided to investors by:
- answering investors’ questions on a daily basis regarding the Company’s developments,
- organising corporate presentations.
The Investor Relations Department is responsible for the preparation and publication of corporate announcements in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation.
