Top Parks Patras was developed on the property that housed the historic ABEX timber industry with a history of 90 years, on the coast of Dymaion, on the coastal road that ends at the southern end of the urban fabric, in front of the new port of Patras and easy connection to the exits of the National Highway Athens – Patras, from which it is about 4 kilometers away, while adjacent to the retail park is the suburban railway station, giving an overall hyper-local possibility of serving the consumers of the wider area. 

The area has 390 parking spaces covered with photovoltaic canopies and the largest and most modern fast charger for electric vehicles in Greece will be installed in the supercharging hub of the commercial park, with a power of 360kW as well as two more of 180kW and over 30 conventional ones with the aim of quickly serving drivers that own electric vehicles.
